Senior Estimator (BBBH3479) Auckland, New Zealand
With over 25 years industry experience, this privately owned, Auckland based Commercial Construction company are a true market leader. They pride themselves on a flat management structure, a ‘family feel’ and a team who are highly qualified and experienced.
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Estimator to come on board and join this high performing team.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Estimating for all commercial projects up to $25mil
- Maximise business development
- Dealing with multiple tenders at the same time
- Take-offs
- BOQ production
- Review of processes and systems
- Implement changes to improve efficiency
- Liaising with sub-contractors, clients and consultants
To be successful in your application, you will need to a minimum of 7 years experience in a Quantity Surveying or Estimating role. A relevant qualification is preferred.
