With a continued demand for their services, there is a need for an experienced Site Manager to come on board.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Day to day Site Management
- Ensuring adherence to project specifications, costs and time.
- Management of Foreman/Leading hands
- Supervision of site
- Reporting progress
- Meeting subcontractors
- Preparing site reports
- Overseeing H&S
Ideally you will have a trade background and/or a relevant qualification but it’s vital you have experience on local Commercial Construction sites.
Project value will range up to $30million so some exposure to projects of this nature is essential.
