Franklin Smith are working in tandem with one of New Zealand’s leading Interior fit-out companies to bring you this high-profile role.
This award-winning company are New Zealand owned and operate throughout Wellington, Auckland, BOP and Christchurch and are responsible for a vast number of ‘high-end’ fit-out and structural projects.
With a project pipeline continuing to grow, there is an urgent need for a Site Manager to come on board and oversee high profile Auckland based projects.
Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Day to day Site Management
- Ensuring adherence to project specifications, costs and time.
- Management of Foreman/Leading hands
- Supervision of site
- Reporting progress
- Meeting subcontractors
- Preparing site reports
- Overseeing H&S
Candidates with a trade background and/or a relevant qualification will be looked at favourably but if you have a proven history of delivering construction projects then I’d be keen to hear from you.
