They have an immediate vacancy for a Site Manager to deliver projects, predominantly within the education, medical, commercial sectors.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Day to day Site Management
- Ensuring adherence to project specifications, costs and time.
- Management of Foreman/Leading hands
- Supervision of site
- Reporting progress
- Meeting subcontractors
- Preparing site reports
- Overseeing H&S
You will need a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in New Zealand and applications boasting a carpentry background and/or qualification will be looked on favourably.
