Markets Business Analyst - TOM Ring Fencing (15248923/001) London, England
We are currently recruiting for a TOM Business Analyst / Project Manager to work within the Markets area of the Ring Fence Programme at a Global Investment Banking firm. This role will be to provide Business Analysis expertise to assist in the delivery of the Target Operating Model of the Ring Fenced Bank.
The role will include but not be limited to:
• Update key reference documents (e.g. TOM, BIA, etc.) with revisions and/or supplements to the RFB design
• Provide business input into detailed requirement documents
• Coordinate and track the cross-workstream delivery
• Coordinate Business delivery tasks with Technology deliveries
• Synchronise deliveries with all dependent workstreams cross-LoBs and in-line with other Regulatory deliveries
• Create, maintain and manage the go-live run-book.
• Ensure there is a clear path to FX migrations including communications plan for clients synchronising with IT deliveries
• Proactively engage with workstream leads to address and resolve any items at risk that may adversely impact the roadmap
• Work with the Central Programme team to provide timely updates and provide input into the project Risks & Issues
• Actively participate in the weekend deliveries during go-live weekends
• Provide updates on the progress of the delivery to Business and Change Stakeholders
The ideal candidate is likely to have:
• Strong Markets change experience
• Excellent Target Operating Model experience
• BA / PM skillset and background
• Cross product knowledge
• Ring fence experience (not prerequisite)
