Medium Term Notes - Project Manager (15246501/001) London, England
We are currently recruiting for a MTM Project Manager to assist with the set up of third party issuer for a top Investment Bank based in the City of London. The role will be from the embryonic stage including the analysis of suitable issuers, the definition and process as well as the actual set up.
The role will include but not be limited to:
• Centre of competence for the Project team and senior management on the set up and process to on-board Third party issuers and the processes for the respective Issuance
• Serve as key contact person for any enquires on the third Party issuer project and support the project
• Communicate / Escalate to Project Group and Key Stakeholders any issues / topics where relevant
• Responsible to ensure efficient communication within the Project and Key Stakeholders
• engage in the project analysis, establishment of requirements and definition of processes
• To maintain an efficient relationship with Project team and Key Stakeholders
• To enhance further and establish relationships with third party issuer to ensure efficient working relationship
• To ensure in depth understanding of the Processes and requirements of the NewCompany in regards to third party issues
• To constantly analyse and optimize proposed processes to ensure most efficient set up
The ideal candidate is likely to have:
• Medium Term Notes expertise within another Financial Institution
• Previous experience in third party Issuance (Set up, processes, Legal and Regulatory framework )
• Equity Derivatives knowledge
• Established contact to Issuer in the Market
• Strong stakeholder management skills
