We are currently recruiting for a MiFID 2 SME to work for a retail banking client of ours based in Swindon. This role will involve a lot of communication and education of senior stakeholders.

The role will include but not be limited to:

• Support MiFID II project working for the Senior Manager product
• Act as a MiFID II SME and attend all MiFID II programme workshops
• Following the MiFID II programme workshops facilitate mini workshops to agree solution to meet the propositional requirements, share the output/key decisions required in an appropriate proposition paper (powerpoint) for Senior manager to take to SLT/MiFID II project board for sign off to agreed decisions
• Manage the timeline and adherence to deadline for all propositional/operational requirements and decisions to feed into the programme.
• Manage the interpretation of 3rd party (solely 3rd party/shared/NBS to support 3rd party) propositional actions and track outcomes against agreed deadlines

The ideal candidate is likely to have:

• Strong MiFID II knowledge and experience
• Excellent compliance advisory background
• Used to interacting with senior stakeholders
• Previous change experience
