Advantage resourcing are currently recruiting for 360 Recruitment Consultants for a number of specialisms based in the City of London. These roles will be for warm desks with huge client list potential within the financial services. These vacancies are ideal for someone looking to take their career to the next level and increase their billing potential.
The role will include but not be limited to:
- Qualify target clients against company client criteria
- Manage and develop existing client relationships
- Exploit networking opportunities and lead generation
- Actively cross sell across brands
- Update clients around relevant products as appropriate
- Organise and manage targeted client meetings
- Agree Terms of Business with clients
- Attend and sell client events – Eg Employment Law/CBI workshops
- Sourcing candidates using various methods eg job boards and referrals
- Competency based interview all candidates
- Provide excellent candidate support – to include keep in touch calls, provision of feedback and post placement care
- Organise and attend candidate events
- Achieve targeted candidate placement ratios
- Manage the whole vacancy cycle from vacancy to placement
The ideal candidate is likely to have:
- Previous recruitment experience from any sector (ideally professional)
- Excellent sales ability (full 360 recruitment)
- Strong billing history
- Comes across well in person
- The desire to increase their market share and personal earnings
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
