Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting/Finance, MA/MBA preferred, CPA preferred

• 7 to 10 years experience in a mid to senior level finance or accounting position, managed care experience required
• Solid exposure to managed care with strong medical insurance claim experience
• Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations
• Working knowledge budgeting and forecasting, and product-line profitability analysis
• Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes

Responsibilities include:
• Prepare and maintain regular monthly actual/forecast to budget cash basis and GAAP basis P&L reports, balance sheet and cash flow analysis

• Review all month-end closing activities
• Ensure monthly reporting and business analysis are timely and accurate
• Assess organizational performance against both the budget and short and long term strategic plans
