IT Support Analyst - Network, Server Virtualisation, Support, Microsoft Server, ISO27001

 Staffordshire - £25,000 – £27,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A leading provider of automatisation solutions are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join a small and dynamic team. The addition of a Support Analyst will be fundamental to continue the organisation's large success and growth. You will be responsible for management of all U.K. networks, including the implementation of information security in line with the new general data protection regulations. Due to the nature of the business, they work on some of the most advanced technological and scientific pieces of work which is why this is a brilliant place for someone who loves their tech!

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure computer networks and servers
• Provide support to around 60 UK based internal users
• Monitor and maintain networks
• Identify and advise on potential network improvements
• Maintain hardware and software systems and provide budgeting and forecasts for both maintenance and assembly costs
• Collaboration with the IT support team in Germany
• Assist with the development and implementation of processes essential for meeting IS027001 requirements
• Where required provide IT system training for employees

Essential:

• Minimum 3 years in an IT support role
• Excellent Communication both written and verbal

Ideal:

• Degree educated
• Hold either a MCSE or Server Virtualisation certification
