An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced community based Adults Social Worker in Milton Keynes. You will be working with a range of adults within the disability team.
The main purpose of the role is to carry out the duties of a professional Social Worker within Specialist Services, assessing the needs of adult and their families and carers, analysing information and with the needs of the adult as central, developing and implementing care plan and effective intervention that will ensure the adults safety, well being and development into, in line with policy and legislation and professional codes of practice. This will be done with support and guidance from more experienced colleagues.
This is a full time, level 2 role paying up to £30 per hour and is due to last 12 weeks initially with the possibility of an extension thereafter. The role is due to start ASAP, so if this is of interest, please apply now to avoid disappointment.
To be considered for this role you must have a valid social work qualification, full HCPC registration and a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience. Previous experience working based in a disability team is preferred.
