Salary: GBP10 - GBP12.5 per hour + Flexible hours

£10-£12/hour based on experience.

Maidenhead Rugby Football Club is looking for a Catering Manager / Hospitality Manager / Kitchen Manager / Chef Manager. A vibrant club located off the Braywick Road with great catering/kitchen facilities and reputation for a quality food offering.

Requirements - approx. 30 hours/week but this could be more and will occasionally be less.

Tuesday and Thursday evenings squad food, Saturday post-match team food, match day three course lunches for sponsors/members & guests, catering and snack bar offering.
Sunday, team food and snack bar.
Ad hoc event catering, weddings, funerals, conferences, birthdays etc. from silver service to buffets.

The successful candidate must:
• Have the ability to deliver a consistently high standard of catering product and service to meet the needs of our members, visitors and other customers
• Be innovative and creative to ensure the club thrives in a highly competitive environment
• Be commercially minded to grow clubhouse revenues in partnership with the club’s management team
• Have a proven record of Food Hygiene and compliance to Safety Standards with working experience of all relevant regulations
• Have high personal and professional standards and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service
• Be compliant with all pertinent employment regulations relating to staff
• Be able to manage stock rotation keeping shrink to an absolute minimum as well as food ordering
