MARKET MANAGER / FACILITIES MANAGER / MON - FRI / GM

To be successful in this role, you will need to be proactive in delivering efficient and effective marketing plans, event management and delivery of projects aimed at driving footfall and developing relationships within the local community.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE
• Outstanding commercial awareness & business acumen.
• Strong understanding of competitor market place.
• Previous experience working within Retail.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team.
• Ability to understand budgets, create sales projections, improve margins and monitor expenses and costs within agreed budgets.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent Sales experience
• IOSHH qualification preferred
