POTENTIAL TO WORK FROM HOME

My client are a small/medium sized restaurant chain with aggressive expansion plans over the next 2 years. They are currently looking to recruit a HR ADVISOR / ER ADVISOR / JUNIOR HRBP / JUNIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER to join their Head Office team.

Job Overview:
• Advising and coaching line managers on relevant policies and procedures
• Advising and coaching line managers on disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence management matters and other ad-hoc ER topics
• Delivering training and running workshops on key HR topics such as absence management, investigations and disciplinaries and Right to Work in the UK
• Implementing HR projects such succession planning/talent pipeline, managers’ toolkits and reward and recognition schemes
• Liaising with job boards and recruitment agencies to ensure recruitment needs are met
• Liaising with training providers to ensure training needs are met
• Supporting the HR Assistant when high peaks of admin are experienced
• Supporting on strategic matters, such as TUPEs, redundancies, restructuring, etc. as required
• Producing monthly MI reports
• Building good rapport and strong business relationships with key stakeholders
• Staying up to date with UK employment legislation
• Advising managers on Right to Work and ensuring Company stays compliant


It is desired that the right candidate will have:

• Previous experience of working in a similar HR role (preferably at Advisor level)
• CIPD Level 3 or working towards
• Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures
• Good understanding of Employee Relations and legal requirements
• Experience in implementing HR projects
• Experience using Fourth Hospitality
• Good understanding of Right to Work in the UK
• Attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Fluency in English, spoken and written
