A multi site operator with locations across the UK, my client has impressive expansion plans, and are expanding the field based HR time to support this growth.

This is your chance to become the complete Business Partner: owning the transactional day-to-day responsibilities for ER, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Appraisals, Development and Induction. Making a real difference and helping drive people performance, in the ever-changing leisure/hospitality sector.

As an influential member of our People Team, you’ll enjoy supporting our locations across the South - working in partnership with your Regional Support Manager, Recruitment Manager, Talent Director, HR colleagues and the whole Regional Team to develop and implement an inspirational people strategy.

Your responsibilities will include driving manpower, succession planning and training needs. Support organisational change programmes, including TUPE and new site openings. Implement the annual performance management and pay appraisals. Monitor the performance and support the development of all internal talent aligned to retention KPI’s. Maintain the talent matrix. Own and lead the management induction process. Be the driver of all this - and more.

Right now you’ll be an HR professional with industry experience in multi-site HR operations, ideally gained in the leisure, hospitality or retail sector. You’re looking to operate on a broad policy as well as detailed case management level - building relationships, making things happen and achieving through others across our organisation, through an engaging, flexible and commercial approach.
