Advantage Resourcing are currenlty recruiting for a contractor payroll billing coordinator temp to perm :
A role entailing managing queries from contractors in relation to payroll and timesheet queries.
Manage and respond to any escalated queries for the onsite teams, client, suppliers, contractors and the support functions within the shared service centre
Manage timesheets with onsite teams
Investigate and resolve queries from candidates and onsite teams
Run weekly payroll batches and invoices for clients
Provide cover and support to other team members
Issue term letters and inform payroll of direct workers
Process contractor rate changes
Create and maintain new process flows for activity changes - Issue contractor logins
Ensure timesheets are released off hold before payroll deadline
Liaise with onsite teams to make sure any unauthorised timesheets are chased and corrected
