Advantage Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of a global reputable organisation seeking a HR operations individual for the duration of 6 months to manage external
Suppliers within HR including Outsourced payroll providers, Training , Benefits , Pensions, Healthcare providers, fleet car company.
The ideal candidate will have gained experience using SAP  
To ensure that any changes that impact payroll, are managed in a timely way, and that the information that is given to the payroll provider is accurate.
This will involve liaising with the HR Business Partners and HR Manager.
Manage the Award process, including producing appropriate letters, and to ensure that the awards are captured through payroll.
Manage the day to day queries concerning fleet, and liaise with the external fleet provider.
Manage the leave system
Provide administration support for flexible benefits, PHI.
Supplier selection and management of training providers, including managing local course attendance
Conduct exit interviews
Answer standard HR policy queries.
Manage the administration process with related to Educational Assistant Policy
Implement health and safety policy and procedures, ensuring that practices and procedures are undertaken in accordance with a healthy and safe working environment.
A proven track record responding employee queries in relation to compensation / benefits/ employee policies
