Location: CUH Management Office
Scope of Position:The office clerk will handle customer service and administration. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks and be a self-motivated individual.
Responsibilities:� Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals toanswer questions, disseminate or explain information.� Set up new monthly account and process discounted parking (if applicable).� Prepare daily end of shift transactions reports.� Perform other administrative duties: phone, data entry and filing.� Provide a high level of customer service for management client.
Requirements� Minimum of 6 months experience.� Qualified candidates must have excellent communication skills and be customer service oriented.� Must possess intermediate compute skills (Microsoft Office Application) to operate our parking software (CARS, DCR)� Must have follow-up skills with the ability to troubleshoot.� Must be able to work independently and be well organized.� High School Diploma or GED required.
