An exciting opportunity with one of the leaders of tax consultancy has arisen. This Big 4 Transactions team is looking for talented M&A Tax Advisors to join its group of specialists.

You will be joining the M&A tax team who assists the largest private equity houses and infrastructure funds. As you progress in the role, you will quickly develop long-lasting relationships with your clients; a diverse client base which will see you getting involved in a variety of tax consultancy matters. Some of your responsibilities include all aspects of the deal cycle from due diligence services,  tax structuring, input into SPAs and financing documents, post-acquisition implementation and reorganisations, on-going advice to portfolio companies and preparation for sale.

Ideally, you will be CTA or ACA qualified with UK corporate tax experience.
