Main duties
|
The role of our Product Trainer is to support the Marketing, Sales and Technical Teams by designing leading regulatory and product training for the group portfolio. This is very much a hands-on, diverse role and can be a challenging role that is key function of our business. § Plan, Support and Lead Training Seminars § Provide feedback for improvement and assist in collation of training material § Training Documentation and Templates § Communication with customers at all levels § Assist in management of training course administration § Provide training for Internal and external customer at all levels § Be prepared to run and/ or support training seminars events at the Training Centres or Exhibitions or Mobile Units § Attend and support as required industry trade events as required § To work across all internal and external departments in the development of end to end technical specification support requirements |
Skills and Experience

We are looking for a dedicated Trainer that has extensive knowledge and experience of working within Electrical Industry, with a knowledge and awareness presenting to an audience § Familiar with CPD / CiBSE Process Requirements § Proactive in approach and ability to work on own initiative § A positive attitude towards the Company & its product requirements. § Ability to work as part of a team § Ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders § Excellent all-round communication skills § Excellent and managing clients and client expectations § An organized and structured working style § Excellent presentational and reporting skills § Awareness of Regional regulatory requirements § Enthusiastic, flexible attitude § General level of PC literacy (MS Office and Presentational packages) § Good base knowledge of Construction Industry, Electrical Installation, best practice principles, techniques and value engineering
