Production Operatives needed for a leading coil manufacturer based in Sheffield

We are looking for a number of suitable Production Operatives to assist in the manufacture of copper coils using machinery

Key Responsibilites:

• Fully comply with all HSE and Quality standards.
• Contribute and actively participate in meeting/exceeding shift/weekly cell targets.
• Recognise and escalate technical issues in manufacturing.
• Accurate time recording against jobs.
• Personal development to maximise cross cell flexibility.
• Request on the job training as required and promote company training matrix.
• Work to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Participate in problem solving activities as required for process, equipment and quality issues within cell.
• Strive to satisfy both internal and external customer expectations.
