Overview of the role and candidate profile
Based in the Chessington office, the post holder will be working within a small group to take projects from inception to completion. The project value can range from £10K to £500K and will be working on time specific projects. You will be dealing direct with contractors, end users, directors and owners.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated contracts management professional, with a proven background in leading all aspects of contract management, administration, surveying, budget control, compliance and close out.
Skills And Experience
- CAD operator skills.
- Surveying – proven knowledge of working with various building support structures.
- Using online site document control systems such as 4P, Asite, Aconex or similar.
- Experience of a paperless document control system would be an advantage but is not essential, as training will be given.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously to budget and time constraints.
