POSITION: Pump Repairs Supervisor
SALARY: Between £16- £17.50 per hour depending on experience

Our client specialises in providing a comprehensive range of reactive and planned mechanical engineering services to a broad and diverse range of industry sectors including; Aerospace, Automotive, Chemical & Pharmaceuticals, Construction, Energy & Utilities, Facilities Management, Food & Beverage, Metal Making & Processing, Mining, Paper & Transport.
Due to continued success the company is seeking to recruit an Industrial Pump Repairs Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-regarded company and work within the new pumps division.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Time served pump repair and refurbishment engineer.
- Good working knowledge of a variety of pump types and application.
- Experience with running a team of skilled engineers.
- Good working knowledge of ISO standard pump testing processes.
- Good working knowledge of dynamic balancing processes.
- Experience with Belzona coating processes but can be trained.
- IOSH or above would be advantageous.

- Have a strong customer service approach, with excellent communication skills.
- Be a strong team leader.
- Be flexible to work to the needs of customers.
- Have the ability to react under pressure and deliver to targets.
- A driving licence would be an advantage.
- Be able to adhere to all health and safety.
- Live within a commutable distance and have the right to work in the UK.
