Perm Recruitment Consultant for Transport & Logistics Sector.
We are expanding our business in Nottingham and we are looking for an enthusiastic sales focused consultant in the Transport and Logistics perm sector
Position: Recruitment Consultant Perms
Market: Transport and Logistics
Location: Nottingham
Salary: Very Competitive, Negotiable + Uncapped Commission
The role:
- Be a self-sufficient, motivated recruiter
- Pursue recruitment opportunities
- Recruit throughout the UK (existing and new client base)
- Build relationships with and explore opportunities
- Use your networking and business development skills to bring on new clients nationwide
- Develop industry / sector / subject matter expertise
- Source the most suitable applicants, interviewing and assessing their knowledge and skill level
- Be able to travel to meet customers
Required skills and experiences:
- You will have a minimum 18 months recruitment experience in perms
- You will have ideally have knowledge of transport & industrial sectors
- You will have a proven track record of building contracts and providing long term stability
- You will have excellent timekeeping, communication and interpersonal skills
- You are ambitious, hardworking and self-motivated
