HGV Class 1/LGV CE drivers, flatbed - nights
Job details:
Well-known local traffic barrier management supplier requires HGV Class 1 drivers with recent Moffett experience for drops and collections across the UK.
Flatbed trailers, strapping experience of concrete products essential.
Duration:
The vacancy is offered as an PAYE temp-perm contract, immediate start available.
Full permanent placement after minimum of 13 weeks.
Requirements:
Experienced HGV LGV Class 1 driver,
Minimum 1 year continuous driving experience and no more than 6 points on licence,
Have up to date driver CPC card and digi card.
Current qualification to use Moffett forklifts would be preferreable., but training will be given
Flat trailer work with straps and chain experience preferred
Shift times
Monday - Friday, typically 10 hour days, some weekend overtime working as required.
Start times: from 17.00, but may vary, according to requirements.
Any 5 shifts from 7
Overtime after 40 hours including time and a half and double time
All PPE provided
Salary rates:
Permanent salary offered approximately £35,000+ per annum.
There is an uplift in rates for night work, the figure is not taking into account any overtime and any weekend shifts which will substantially increase the final salary, .
Average of previous 12 weeks for holiday calculation.
25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
