Salary: GBP18000 - GBP23000 per annum + Plus Generous Flexible Commission
Do you have a passion with building working relationships? Are you a natural talker who can hold good conversations with clients? We are working with a key Building Material supplier who have been experiencing exponential growth in the last few years and they are looking to further progress this by taking on a Lead Generator.

We are looking for a passionate and driven Lead-Generation Executive (Inside Sales) to assist the Sales Team in booking appointments to win their business. This role will involve cold (and warm) calling potential clients, ascertaining their requirements for building materials and closing to book an appointment with one of the trade managers, who will then manage the orders for this client.

We are looking for someone with some form of previous sales / telesales experience, who is looking to grow with a company and to progress to become a trade manager. Personality is key in this role as you will be primarily developing business by way of lead sourcing, booking appointments, ascertaining needs and overcoming objections.

You will be part of a young and vibrant team who work extremely hard towards the end goal; clients are key to their success!

Base salary is flexible for the right person and a comprehensive commission structure is also on offer, amongst other benefits.
