HGV 1/LGV CE Drivers required for on-site shunting. The Client is a well know high street business with great on going work opportunities.
The role
As a dedicated team member in a busy environment, you will tasked to operate and manage multiple vehicle movements in very large Distribution Centre located near M1 JNC 28. Health and Safety, legal compliance and a mature attitude are required at all times as there are certain tasks where you will be left unsupervised. So the client will require you to be proactive in these cases .Days, nights and afternoon shifts available. Site operates 7 days per week.
Required skills and experiences
- You will be minimum 25 years old with and held a HGV 1 licence for 2 years.
- You will have no more than 6 points on your HGV / LGV licence.
- You will need to be physically fit as lots of 'cab hopping' and walking occur.
Contracts available
Great ongoing opportunities and possibilities of progression.
Site operates 7 days per week.
We recruit drivers through PAYE, LTD, Composite and Umbrella formats.
Remuneration
Ltd & Umbrella rates:
- Weekdays £14.72
- Saturday £16.68
- Sunday £18.66
PAYE rate starts from £12.00 per hour weekdays
Company pension contributions for all employees.
Hours - typical assignments:
Days - 06:15 to 18:15
Afternoons - 12:00 to 22:00
Nights - 18:15 to 06:15
