SharePoint Business Analyst Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a SharePoint Business Analyst with strong leadership skills and advanced ability to effectively facilitate and manage teams, drive required decision-making, and achieve expected outcomes and results. A total of seven years combined experience in collaboration tools with an emphasis on SharePoint is required.  The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects simultaneously with great efficiency and attention to detail. 

Qualifications:

  • SharePoint collective domain knowledge should be a minimum of 3-5 years, with a minimum of 2 years managing and developing sites and content in SharePoint 2013 within a large organization
  • 3+ years working with end users developing out-of-the-box codeless solutions
  • 3+ years working with SharePoint Designer workflows
  • 3+ years working with InfoPath Forms
  • 3+ years experience in gathering and documenting end user requirements
  • Advanced ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under broad direction only
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytic skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plans
  • Advanced ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously and to effectively prioritize competing demands/needs
  • Ability to work effectively with tight schedules and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency using MS Office software applications including Excel, Visio and Word
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work closely as a part of a team in both a local (face-to-face) setting as well as with team members in other locations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytic, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Creative and strong customer and product-oriented mindset
