HGV CLASS 2 Tramping work (Category C DRIVER) DAYS
Temp to Perm
Our Client have an opportunity for class two (C) Tramper drivers to join our fantastic and ever-growing team in Birmingham.
Will be operating up to 18 tonne curtain-side/box trailers from Birmingham, can be up to 20 drops, handball required. Delivery of palletised goods. Long hours are available Monday to Friday. Can be working working weekends. Minimum 10 hours a day. Start times are available 24/7 and Nights Out are required can be Tramping all week.
The successful HGV Class 2 (C) Drivers must have:
- Cat C driving licence with no more than six points on their licence.
- A valid Driver Qualification Card (DCPC).
- A valid Tachocard.
- One year’s C driving experience.
The successful HGV Class 2 (C) drivers must also:
Complete all paperwork, ensuring all POD’s are signed and all company/procedural paperwork is completed.
Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects to the relevant line manager.
Be compliant with the driver’s hours and tachograph regulations
Have the ability to work in as part of a team.
Have good communication skills, being able to liaise daily with customers, the fleet manager and other drivers.
