Drake International, a leading recruitment agency within Alberta is currently seeking a driven, focused and qualified individual to join our recruiting team in Calgary.  Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will work within the team to source and place workers into permanent positions in various sectors.  Building on a strong commitment to customer service, the successful applicant will be responsible for growing strong relationships within the Drake customer base.

The Details:

• Seek out, interview, screen and qualify potential candidates for current and future placement.
• Cover payroll and invoicing for services supplied including data entry, candidate and customer followup.
• Development of an active pool of candidates.
• Must be driven and have a goal orientated attitude.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs 
• Team oriented attitude
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and Client Relationship Manager to develop strong relationships
• Manage candidate sourcing strategies utilizing conventional recruitment tools.
• Ensure KPI and business processes are achieved
