We have a rare and exciting opportunity to add to our dynamic high performing team in Campbell, CA. We seek an experienced Recruiter with the passion, committment and energy to be an exceptional performer in an established and performing professional staffing organization.
Experis Recruiters are responsible for delivering high quality service to customers and contract professionals, and developing/retaining business by providing outstanding customer service.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Manages the process from receiving an opportunity to completing a technical/professional assignment
Comprehends technical/professional job orders.
Asks the appropriate questions when taking job orders
Responds to and qualifies job orders efficiently
Analyzes resumes accurately
Conducts candidate reference checks and uses candidate reference checks to develop additional business opportunities
Uses recruiting tools (ATS, CRM, job boards, LI and other Social Media, referrals) to fill assignments rapidly with qualified contract professionals
Performs the tasks necessary to track activity in a system or database
Interviews candidates to evaluate their qualifications for assignments.
Communicates effectively with managers, candidates, staff and management
Builds professional relationships with customers, contract professionals, staff and management.
Troubleshoots to resolve problems or complaints of customers and contract professionals
PC literate

REQUIREMENTS
BS degree is preferred
Previous recruiting experience in a technical/professional staffing and solutions company (2+ years)
Ability to communicate effectively with others
Ability to advise, counsel, guide, and negotiate
Ability to effectively and tactfully deal with people
Ability to analyze and evaluate people, data, and things (e.g. work related materials and equipment) to determine courses of action
Ability to influence and build concensus
Understands and accurately applys basic math skills
Capable of producing results utilizing tools and letrics and the flexibility to identify and respond to changes in priorities
Business development skills are necessary as well as a keen awareness of the business community
