Market leading software house in Stockport are seeking an experienced Software Support Analyst to help support their software applications.
You will provide 3rd line support to their customers internationally and across Europe. You will identify and reproduce problems along with documenting the problems and managing the customer.
Key skills:
- Able to provide 2nd and 3rd line support to clients and users
- Application Support through SQL or Oracle
- Analyse problems and implement solutions
- Manage tickets within SLA’s
- Able to support a bespoke software
