Data Analytics Manager – (Data Management, Software, Utilities)

Data Analytics Manager sought by a market leading software house, developing a range of data management products and services predominantly for the utilities market place.

As a Data Analytics Manager you will design and develop multiple analytical capabilities running over a multitude of internal and external data stores, enabling the extraction of insights, patterns, correlations and trends through traditional descriptive and ML based prescriptive approaches.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the initiation of new projects with clients, this will include requirement gathering, requesting inputs, developing solutions, facilitating execution and presenting results.
  • You will create a data strategy to drive enhancements.
  • Wok with data analytic, R&D, engineering, operations and technology teams.
  • You will liaise with the corporate compliance team to ensure all reporting and data management is compliant with current legislation's.
  • You will be accessing, analysing and interpreting data on behalf of all clients to develop appropriate analytical approaches and to solutions.

As a Data Analytics Manager you will be technically aware of Data Analytics, Software Development or package implementation background. You’ll identify new opportunities and improve existing products through client engagement.

You’ll have a solid background in data analytics and have proficiency in using SQL as well as Python or Java. Strong knowledge and understanding of technologies associated with data solutions such as, reporting and visual technologies will be important. Strong stakeholder management experience will be needed.

With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, this will suit a proven Data Analytics Manager with a strong IT technical background and a desire to work in a progressive, rewarding environment.
