Site Manager - Conversion of Listed Building to Residential Apartments - Bespoke - Up to £48,000 plus package
A leading main contractor that specialise in the conversion and regeneration of buildings into residential units has a project due to commence in Manchester and require a Number 1 Site Manager to lead the project from inception through to handover. This company have won multiple awards for their successful delivery of similar projects, and are also big players in the modular housing sector.
You will join the company as a Site Manager, and be responsible for the successful delivery of the project from cradle to grave. There will be initial civils remediation works to oversee so some knowledge of civil engineering would be essential. There are structural repairs and groundworks alterations to undertake before the conversion begins.
The initial project is a Grade 2 Listed Building which will be converted into high end residential apartments. You will be responsible for managing the full fit out and the management and coordination of all trades on site. Previous experience in managing a similar refurbishment project is essential for this position.
You must hold valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card and First Aid certificates.
