About the Role
You will join as a General Foreman and take on overall management responsibilities of the project. You will have experience in overseeing various works including Civils - ground works - pipe jacking - tunnelling - sheeted pits - open cut - building shafts - Shotcrete lining - hand works - ETC . You will be managing a labour force of 20 - 60 operatives depending on the project size. You will be responsible for managing plant requirements, meeting safety standards, attending meetings, delivering briefings, following program, forecasting & Planning, general day to day running of the site.
You will have a strong record in Health & Safety and be able to demonstrate strong man management skills. You must be meticulous with site paperwork and be able to report in to a Site or Project Manager on a daily basis.
