Contracts Manager - Leisure Contractor - New Build - Up to £47,000 plus bonus & package
One of the regions leading main contractors in the Leisure sector has an opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join their new build division. They have a pipeline of new build projects including hotels, country pubs, health spas & restaurants, which range in value from £3m - £6m.
As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee 2-3 new build projects concurrently. Site Managers will report into you, and you will be responsible for ensuring the schemes run safely, on time and within budgets. Your time will be spent between the office and site visits. Projects are typically within 100 mile radius of Manchester.
You will come from a Main Contractor background and have a minimum of 5yrs experience as a Site or Project Manager. You will be educated to a degree level in Construction, and hold valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Certificates. Previous experience in the Leisure sector is preferable.
