About the Company
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a small company with an ambitious management team who are looking for enthusiastic individuals with similar ambitions. They are a growing Contractor who specialise in a variety of sectors int he industry, including industrial, retail, commercial and leisure. They deliver full turnkey projects from inception to completion which include enabling works, large scale design & build upto £4m, refurbishments, conversions and full civils packages.
About the Role
You will join as an Estimator / Surveyor and will have a proven track record in estimating on successful tenders in both industrial and residential construction and have a steady work history. You must be highly motivated , capable of multitasking, and be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. You will join a team of ambitious Directors and Managers and will help drive the company forward.
What you Need to Succeed
You must have 10yrs experience in a surveying or estimating role and be contractually aware. You will have experience working with JCT and D&B forms of contract and be capable of measuring civils work. You will be educated with a Diploma of Higher Education and have 10yrs experience in a similar role.
