Site Manager - New Build Extension to Health Spa - Freelance Role - £230-240 per day - Leeds
About the Client
A medium sized Main Contractor who specialise in new build, refrub and fitouts to clients in the Leisure sector. They have been established for over 20yrs and have a strong reputation in the field they specialise in. With a turnover exceeding £45m in 2018, they have a strong order book for 2019 and are looking to strengthen their team with site managers.
About the Role
You will join the team as a Site Manager and take ownership of a £1m extension project to a Health Spa in Leeds. You will be responsible for ensuring that Health & Safety is adhered to by all contractors and sub contractors. You will report in to a Projects Manager and work alongside a Site Engineer. You will have support from Commercial Manager, Buyer and Office Admin staff.
What you Need to Succeed
You must have a minimum of 5yrs experience working as a Site Manager and have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates. You will be able to demonstrate strong man management skills and provide checkable references from previous employers. You must have experience in new build projects and live local to the Leeds area.
