Site Manager - Main Contractor (Leisure Sector) - Build, Refurb & Fit out - North West - Upto £45,000 plus package

About the Company

A Main Contractor with a head office in the North West of England who specialise in delivering design and build, refurbishment and fit out projects in the Leisure sector. These typically compromise of Hotels, Pubs, Bars and Restaurants. They are a market leader in their specialist sector, and have achieved impressive YOY growth for the past 5yrs. They have a team of experienced construction Professionals leading the business and are looking to add a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to their team.

About the Role

You will join as a Site Manager to take control of projects across the North West which compromise of new build, refurb and fitouts of Leisure sector schemes. You will be Number 1 on site, reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager. You will be involved with the projects from start to completion, working alongside a Site Engineer, Assistant Site Manager, a QS and sub contractors. You must be willing to work away from home when required (this will be rewarded with an uplift on pay, as well as all accommodation and meal allowance costs being paid for by the company)

What you need to succeed

You will come from a background in the Leisure sector, and have experience working on pubs, hotels, bars. New build schemes are predominantly timber framed construction. You will be educated to a degree or HNC level, and have a Black CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid. You must be a strong man manager and be fully up to date with all Health & Safety legislation.
