Site Manager - New build
Site Manager role with a main contractor who specialise in new build projects in the leisure sector across the North of the UK.
You will be working for a market leading main contractor who have an excellent reputation in the industry and who are experiencing a sustained period of growth. Due to a healthy pipeline of projects which goes beyond the end of the year my client is looking to expand their Site Management team with experienced and ambitious Site Managers. They are expanding their new build division with projects due to commence across Manchester, Cumbria, Liverpool and Cheshire.
You will have approximately 5yrs experience delivering new build projects ranging from £3m - £8m in the leisure sector. You will be ambitious and take pride in striving to deliver projects on time, within budget and in line with current Health & Safety legislations. You will have strong leadership skills and be able to communicate clearly and concisely with colleagues, sub contractors and clients.
You will have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Certificates and preferably a degree or HNC / HND in Construction.
