Quantity Surveyor - Refurbishment & Fit out - Manchester Based - Upto £50,000 plus package
About the Company
A specialist Main Contractor with an International presence in their sector, who specialise in delivering fit out and refurbishments of cleanrooms, data centres and commercial projects. They are market leaders in their chosen field and have been established for over 40yrs. They have a strong company culture and are looking to expand their commercial teams with forward thinking and ambitious Quantity Surveyors of all levels of experience.
About the Role
You will be based from the Manchester Office, which is the Head Office for the UK Operations. There are opportunities to stay in Manchester, where you will work on commercial fit out & refurbishment schemes in the North West of England. Alternatively, if you are open to working abroad in Europe, there are opportunities to work in Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark and other destinations across the continent. Depending on your level of experience, you will either take the commercial lead on projects, or shadow a more experienced QS before taking ownership of a project yourself.
What You Need to Succeed
You will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and have a minimum of 5yrs industry experience. You will have strong negotiation skills, and be capable of working as part of a team. Previous Main contracting experience is essential, and cleanroom & data centre experience would be beneficial.
