Assistant Site Manager / Site Engineer - Liverpool - £60m Project - Upto £40,000 plus package
My client is Principle Contractor on a flagship scheme in Liverpool City Centre, undertaking the extensive refurbishment of a Grade 2 Listed Building into CAT A and CAT B Office and residential units. The scheme will run for the next 2yrs and includes the removal and re installation of lift shafts.
You will join as a Site Engineer / Assistant Site Manager and be responsible initially with setting out duties on the lift shafts. Once setting out is completed you will assist the management team in running the remainder of the scheme.
You must have a background in Site Engineering and be competent in setting out.
Some management experience would be beneficial and experience in managing programmes of work, teams of contractors and sub contractors and keeping on top of site paperwork would be beneficial.
You must be educated to a degree level, have CSCS and SSSTS or SMSTS Certificates.
