About the Client
A Main Contractor who specialise in delivering design & build projects up to the value of £10m. They have a strong presence in the Leisure sector, and have delivered new build hotels, health spas and commercial buildings across the North. They are looking to add a strong Project Manager to their team to join an already thriving business and help them grow further in 2018 and beyond.
About the Role
You will join as a Project Manager and take ownership of projects up to the value of £10m. You will be Number 1 on site and manage a site based team consisting of Site Managers, Site Engineers, Assistant Managers and a Project QS. You will come from a top class background in design & Build, and will have worked for medium to large Main Contractors as a Number 1 Manager on similar sized projects. You must be willing to work away from home if required.
What you need to succeed
You must have a minimum of 5yrs experience working as a Senior Site or Project Manager for a Design & Build Main Contractor. You will be educated with either a Degree or HNC / HND in Construction. You must also have SMSTS, Black CSCS Card and First Aid. You must be a strong man manager and be capable of chairing client meetings. This is an excellent opportunity for the right calibre of candidate and will offer on going Freelance work.
