A Main Contractor who specialise in the conversion of existing buildings into residential units have won a project in the city of Chester.
About the Role
You will join the team as a Foreman and be responsible for assisting the client in managing the conversion of an existing building into 21 apartments. You will liaise with the senior Management team and ensure that the programme runs smoothly and efficiently. You will organise and motivate various teams of trades and ensure that Health & Safety is adhered to.
What you need to Succeed
You must have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Certificates and have experience working in a similar role on a similar project. You must be a strong man manager and have a sound knowledge of Health & Safety.
