Estimator -  Interiors - Manchester - Up to £50,000 p.a. plus package - ASAP

We a are seeking an Estimator on behalf of a major European multi technical services provider to join their long established pre construction (interiors) team based in Manchester.

Due to continued growth, A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a an experienced Estimator from the Greater Manchester area to work with one of the biggest names in the UK construction industry. Based near to Trafford Park,  Our client specialise in commercial interior contracts up to values of £5m.

The Candidate

This role would be ideally suited to any Estimator with an understanding of commercial associated interiors packages with the desire and ambition to take their career to the next stage..

To be successful you will need to have the following experience & skills

• 5 years plus experience as a ft out/interiors Estimator
• IT literacy and expert user of the MS office suite of applications.
• Able to work on own initiative
• Ability to produce accurate work and communicate it clearly
• Be confident in meeting with clients
• Completion of site surveys when necessary
• Additionally, exposure to conquest or causeway would desirable.

 The Package

On offer, Is a basic salary of up to £50,000 p.a. plus £6,000 car or car allowance. Industry leading pension scheme with company contributions up to 10%. Bupa Healthcare, gym membership and flexible working hours (36.5 hours per week)
