About the Client
A market leading Main Contractor who specialise in the fit out and refurbishment of pubs, bars and restaurants across the North and North West. They have an excellent reputation in the Leisure sector, with long standing relationships with key clients and consultants in the region. They get repeat business from their clients and aim to offer an excellent service when delivering the projects.
About the Role
You will join as a Site Manager and take ownership of fitout and refurbishment projects ranging in value from £300k to £750k. You will be Number 1 on the Projects and oversee the full scheme from start to handover. These will include full refurbishments of pubs, extensive and high quality fitouts of bars and restaurants, joinery fit outs, structural alterations and small extensions. Projects are typically within 125 miles of Manchester. You must be flexible to work away from home if needed.
What you need to succeed
You must be honest, hardworking and have a proven track record of success. Ideally you will have a trade background in carpentry and joinery, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. You must have experience working in the leisure sector delivering pubs, bars restaurants and be happy to work away when required.
