Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor - Residential - £22,000 - £25,000 plus package
A leading main contractor who specialise in high rise concrete frame apartment blocks in the North West are expanding their commercial team due to a pipeline of projects in the Manchester area. They are a specialist design and build contractor who deliver high volume student and residential accommodation.
You will join as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor on a scheme that is due for completion in 2019 in Manchester City Centre, after which you will move onto a similar scheme down the road.
To be considered you must have a construction related degree, preferably in Quantity Surveying, and have a minimum of 1yrs site experience post grad. If you have experience in the residential sector this would be preferable but not compulsory.
