About the Client
A site surveying and civil engineering contractor based in Bradford who specialise in groundworks, road surfacing and civil engineering services to residential and commercial projects. They have been established for over 35yrs and have a strong client base in the Bradford / Leeds region.
About the Role
You will join as a Site Engineer and work on a new build housing development in Bradford. You will work alongside a Site Manager and be responsible for setting out duties on the project. You will ensure that setting out i accurate and assist the management with Health & Safety when required. You will be responsible for setting out foundations, drainage, kerb lines, general groundworks RC walls, gabions and roads.
What you need to succeed
You must have a minimum of 5yrs experience in a setting out role as a Site Engineer and have experience working on new build housing projects. You must have a valid CSCS Card and be able to provide checkable references from previous house building schemes.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a long term Freelance Contract, being paid via Ltd Company or Umbrella on a weekly basis.
