Senior Site Manager - New Build Hotel - £12million Project - Blackpool - Upto £50,000 plus package
A leading Design & Build Main Contractor based in the North West who specialise in the delivery of new build projects in the Leisure sector. They are experiencing a sustained period of growth due to a pipeline of projects commencing across the North.
The initial project is a flagship hotel in Blackpool. The project is £12m in value.
You will come from a strong main contracting background and have experience in delivering projects up to £12m in value as the Number 1 Site Manager. It is important that you have a minimum of 5yrs new build experience and have a proven track record of leading teams on high value construction projects.
You will be educated to a degree level in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and hold valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Cards, First Aid.
