Assistant Site Manager - Leisure Contractor based in the North West - £19 - 21ph
You will join one of the North's leading Main Contractors in the Leisure sector and work as Number 2 Site Manager on new build hotel, pub and health spa projects up to the value of £4m. This company are experiencing a sustained period of growth due to repeat work coming from long standing clients.
You will come from a joinery background and have experience working specifically in the Leisure sector to be considered for one of these positions. Although initially strating on a freelance basis, there will be an opportunity for this position to be made permanent if all goes well.
You will have SMSTS or SSSTS, along with CSCS and First Aid certificates, and be computer literate. You will have experience working alongside experienced Site Managers on hotels specifically.
There are immediate starts available for the right candidates on projects in Cumbria and the North West. You will be offered an overtime rate for any weekend work, or if you work away from home, and will have any accommodation and travel costs paid for by the client.
